Teaching videos for FOUNDATIONS and Authentic Living are included in our ministry kits and “My Personal Freedom Session.”
If you are taking Freedom Session at a church or in a small group, your leader/host should be able to give you access to the Teaching Videos if you miss a session. Mid-week Mentor subscriptions are FREE.

The Freedom Session Workbooks guide you through the healing-discipleship journey and connect the teaching, small group experience and homework reflection in a way that brings about lasting life change.
Purchasing a Freedom Session Workbook Set is your investment into your personal healing journey and costs less than an hour of counseling.
Each participant will need their own workbook set.
teachiNg videos
Each Freedom “Session” begins with a 45 -50 minute practical teaching video that breaks down God’s word into the areas of life in which people struggle – relationships, purity, fear, failure, guilt, traumatic memories, depression, addiction, shame, etc.
Participants are challenged to try God’s ways and entrust their entire lives to His care, including past mistakes and pain.
Mid-Week Mentor
These new weekly videos are the author’s way of encouraging and personally coaching participants through the more difficult parts of the journey.
Mid-week Mentor videos are accessed via FREE SUBSCRIPTION for all Freedom Session Participants.

my personal freedom session
One three volume workbook, one Authentic Life Journal set PLUS a twelve (12) month viewing subscription to ALL Freedom Session Foundations & Authentic Living teaching videos.
This personal ministry kit is for those unable to attend an established Freedom Session ministry.
Ideally, we suggest you find one or two others to take the course with you and meet regularly to process the small group discussion questions and homework. You can also “upgrade” your small group experience by choosing the FS Small Group Ministry Kit which includes, training videos, session by session briefings and a consultation with a FS team member.
Additional Workbook Sets are also available for each participant.
Workbooks
- are available individually, in sets or in quantity bundles. Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping.
- For churches, quantity bundles are usually the best option. Order 10% more than your anticipated attendance.
- For small groups, workbook sets are a good option.
- For online groups, encourage participants to order their own workbook set and have it shipped to their location.

Freedom Session teaching videos are optimized for large-screen projection and are available on HQ ProRes video MP4.
Freedom Session in a church or small group, you will need:
- Desk or lap top computer with min 4GB RAM
- Video projector or large screen TV with quality audio.
Freedom Session online, you will need:
- high speed internet for the host and participants
- online group meeting platform (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
