REFUND POLICY

  • Participant guide workbooks are refundable in their original condition 21 days from shipping date.   No exceptions. Large quantity refunds may incur a 10% restocking fee.
  • “Workbook Sets” must be returned as a complete set to qualify for refund.
  • Postage on all returns is the responsibility of the customer.  Please insure and track your return as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.
  • Any online purchases for digital resources or streaming videos are not refundable.
