Each Freedom “Session” begins with a 45 -50 minute teaching video that breaks down God’s word into the areas of life in which people struggle – relationships, purity, fear, failure, guilt, traumatic memories, depression, shame, etc.
The teaching is inspired, practical and biblical. “There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way of death.” (Prov. 14.12). There is another way that seems right according to God that leads to life!
Participants are challenged to try God’s ways and, as they see positive change occur, entrust their entire lives to His care, including past mistakes and pain.
During the teaching, participants take notes in their workbooks.
Mid-Week Mentor
These weekly videos are the author’s personal way of encouraging and coaching participants through the more difficult parts of the journey. They are typically watched mid-way between teaching videos and will help participants complete the course.
In summer, 2022, we strategically upgraded our teaching videos with embedded instructions to make it easier for to host a Freedom Session Small Group and we created the Mid-week Mentors. We are excited to release our revised teaching and Mid-week Mentor videos FREE of charge to anyone wanting to take the Freedom Journey.

This personal ministry kit is for those unable to attend an established Freedom Session ministry.
Ideally, we suggest you find one or two others to take the course with you and meet regularly to process the small group discussion questions and homework. You can also “upgrade” your small group experience by choosing the FS Small Group Ministry Kit which includes, training videos, session by session briefings and a consultation with a FS team member.
Additional Workbook Sets are also available for each participant.

Freedom Session in a church or small group, you will need:

- Video projector or large screen TV with quality audio.
Freedom Session online, you will need:
- high speed internet for the host and participants
- online group meeting platform (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
