Freedom Session invites you to rewrite your story with a God-inspired ending. The best Freedom Session experience takes place in a local church that offers both Foundations and Authentic Living. Ask your church if they are offering Freedom Session soon or check our Group Finder to see if there are open groups nearby.
During the Covid-19 health crisis, many churches have “pivoted” their strategy to offer Freedom Session in small groups or on-line (these will not be listed in our Group Finder.) Life has simply become more challenging and stressful. People are looking for meaningful, community experiences that go deeper and provide real solutions. Freedom Session fulfills that need.
In Foundations you will discover keys to help you rise above past hurts and/or disappointments. As Jesus heals your heart, unhealthy behaviors no longer feel necessary and you will experience a freedom you thought was only for others.
During Authentic Living, you will discover keys that empower you to face your current challenges and embrace the purpose for which you were created.
Your next step is finding others to join you on the journey. If there is a Freedom Session launching near you in the near future, register soon. Spaces often fill up quickly.

If you are unable to find an exciting Freedom Session ministry near you, we encourage you to find a few friends and start a Freedom Session small group in your home or online group. Our updated teaching and Mid-week Mentor videos are designed to help you succeed.

Freedom Session Graduation
One aspect that sets Freedom Session apart is the “graduation” where we celebrate what we have learned and the breakthroughs God has given us. It doesn’t mean we have it all together. It means we have learned to face the truth about ourselves and deal with the hurts we carry and those we have caused others.
We are done offering lame excuses and expecting others to cover for us. We are men and women of integrity, with a strategy and the accountability to live lives that count.
Freedom Session graduations are raw and authentic. We tell the truth. We admit the negative labels and lies we’ve believed. More importantly, we embrace the names and the purpose for which we were created. It’s a big deal to us because our freedom is a big deal to Jesus.
Become a Sponsor
Once participants complete Session 8 of Freedom Session Foundations, they develop a support team. A Sponsor is an important member of this team.
